Meet the newest members of Liberty Lake's Community Engagement Commission: Jennifer Kosaka and Bill Norman, who both joined the group last
month. Jennifer is a dentist with Velis Family Dental Care in Spokane Valley, and is a University High School graduate who has lived in Liberty Lake for
six years. Bill is a retired vice president with Safeco/Liberty Mutual Insurance; he's lived in Liberty Lake for seven years and serves on the Landscaping
