The City of Airway Heights Council Meeting Highlights for Monday, March 27.
The Airway Heights Fire Department presented an Emergency Preparedness presentation. It is based on the Field Operations Guide (FOG), created to assist emergency response agencies of Spokane County and the greater Inland Empire in the art of incident management.
Council moved forward with a license agreement with the US Air Force to install groundwater monitoring wells to test and monitor the City of Airway Heights water quality. As part of the agreement, Council plans to research the easement for monitoring a well on Kalispel land. It may be necessary to seek permission.
The next Airway Heights City Council meeting is Monday, April 3, at 5:30 p.m.
The meetings are held at The City Council Chambers, located on the second floor of the Community Center, 13120 W. 13th Avenue, in Airway Heights, WA.
