The Liberty Lake City Council on Tuesday night officially approved a city proclamation declaring September as National Service Dog Month in the city of Liberty Lake. The
proclamation recognizes the contributions of service dogs that are trained to assist people with disabilities, as well as the work toward this effort made by the non-profit organization
