ITEM C: Interagency Agreement for Coronavirus Relief Fund The City Council is ask to consider entering into an interagency agreement with Washington State Department of Commerce to obtain Coronavirus relief funds.
ITEM D: 3rd Reading - Ordinance C-939 Sales and Use Tax for Affordable Housing. Ordinance C-939 Adding Chapter 3.52 to the City Code to authorize the maximum capacity of a local sales and use tax to fund investments in affordable and supportive housing as authorized by RCW 82.14.540 11.
