Online Candidate Filing Begins Online Candidate Filing is the preferred method of filing. Please go to www.spokanecounty.org\elections. Online filing will be available from 9:00 am Monday May 11, 2020 to 4:00 Friday May 15, 2020. If you need to file in-person please call 509-477-2320 for an appointment.
