SPOKANE COUNTY: COVID-19 and Superior Court Operations

Criminallawyerorlandofl zps36d6640b

Washington Governor issued the following announcement on March 28.

In order to minimize in person contact, the Court is temporarily allowing some access via email.

Superior Court remains committed to protecting the safety and security of our community while performing our Constitutional duties. The Court is considered essential business as declared in Governor Inslee’s Stay-Home-Stay-Healthy order issued March 23, 2020.

In order to minimize in person contact, the Court is temporarily allowing some access via email. Policies for accessing Family Law, Dependency, Ex Parte and other matters are available on the Superior Court website. The Ex Parte courtroom remains open for in person business Monday – Friday from 1:30 – 4:00 p.m. Original pleadings are still required to be filed in person at the Clerk’s Office.

We ask for your help to slow the spread of COVID-19 by limiting your court contact to those matters that are essential at this time.
