Leaf and yard waste drop-off information for the fall of 2022

The Liberty Lake Sewer and Water District's annual fall  leaf drop-off will continue in the same format for 2022 as was done in  2021.  As with last year, the Sewer and Water District and its partner,  the City of Liberty Lake, will not be picking up leaf bags curbside.

However,  assistance will be available only to those who are physically unable to  dispose of leaves or who are in specific areas that are inaccessible by  vehicle (lakeside).  For those

who require assistance, the District and  the City will have volunteers and/or staff who can come pick up  pre-bagged leaves.  To request assistance, please contact the Sewer and

Water District office at 509-922-5443 or info@libertylake.org.  The Sewer and Water District also encourages those with the means to transport yard waste to assist those in need.

As  during 2021, the Sewer and Water District allows drop-off of leaf and  yard waste at its Water Reclamation Facility on Indiana Avenue.  The  drop-off area will be open from dawn

to dusk during the entire month of  November.  Click here for driving directions.

The  following items are prohibited at the Water Reclamation Facility:   Rocks, stumps, root balls, trees, branches, limbs, shrubs, sod,  pumpkins, and garbage.
