This position is responsible for executing initiatives and projects to facilitate local business attraction, expansion and retention by assisting with planning, organizing, coordinating and evaluating major economic development activities within the city. The selected candidate is skilled at grant writing, possesses knowledge of economic development principles in a government environment and assists with developing strategies that maintain and enhance the long-term vitality of the city.
